The acquisition of Solv3D strengthens SpatialData.AI’s portfolio with advanced 3D visualization, analytics, and automation, accelerating its growth strategy and expanding capabilities in infrastructure monitoring and asset management.

Waterloo, ON – May 15, 2025 – Spatial Data Analytics Inc. (SpatialData.AI) has announced the acquisition of Solv3D Inc., known for its innovative geospatial 3D visualization, analytics, and data processing solutions. This acquisition strengthens SpatialData.AI’s portfolio, particularly with the addition of the Solv3D Viewer, which brings advanced cloud visualization and analytics capabilities to various applications, including Digital Twins.
